We accept payment by credit card only. We are NOT able to accept payment by bank transfer, WeChat or Alipay. On site cash payments cannot be accepted. Please contact the conference secretariat k.russell@elsevier.com if you have any questions.
ARRIVAL AT XIAMEN UNIVERSITY
If you are a visitor to the University you must show a copy of the ENTRY DOCUMENT to the security guard at the entrance gate. This will confirm that you are an attendee for the conference.
Attendees from the same laboratory or institute, who book as a group under one order can claim a discount:-
- 5% reduction on registration fee for between 5-9 attendees
- 10% reduction on registration fee for 10+ attendees
Please contact k.russell@elsevier.com for a special voucher code before you complete your registration. The discount will not be applicable if you have already completed an order.
1Academic rate applies to those with a fulltime position in a non-commercial institute.
2Student rate applies to those registered for a higher degree. Student registration forms must be accompanied by a scanned copy of a student card, or similar document, attesting to student status. These should be emailed to k.russell@elsevier.com.once registration is completed. Please note, Post Doc students are not eligible for the student registration rate. (Please do not email credit card information under any circumstances).

4Cell Press Editorial Board Member rate applies to Editorial Board members of any Cell Press journal and includes Meet the Speakers dinner ticket. Please be advised that your registration fee does not include travel insurance; please ensure that you have your own insurance policy before travelling

- Lunch on Monday, November 18 and Tuesday, November 19 (no lunch served on Sunday, November 17)
Please be advised that your registration fee does not include travel insurance, please ensure that you have your own insurance policy before travelling.
Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise customer services of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify customer services immediately. Provided written notice is received by 22 September 2019, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by 6 October 2019, a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after 6 October 2019, or for no-shows at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable.
