Hornblower Classic Cable Cars are a quintessential San Francisco experience. The only genuine cable cars on wheels, many of their fleet ran on the original California Street line at the turn of the 19th Century. In the 1950s, the cable cars were purchased from a city auction and then motorized for touring. Some of the members of their vintage fleet were built by the original cable car manufacturer using solid oak and brass details. Today, Classic Cable Cars are moving monuments to the great ingenuity and rich culture of San Francisco. Not to mention, they’re a fun and unique way to get around!
Book via the online registration system before April 2, 2020 to secure your place on the tour!
