Dr. Megan Baldridge is an Associate Professor in the Division of Infectious Diseases and the Edison Family Center for Genome Sciences & Systems Biology at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. Dr. Baldridge completed her MD/PhD training at Baylor College of Medicine in the lab of Dr. Margaret Goodell and her postdoctoral training in the lab of Dr. Herbert ‘Skip’ Virgin. She started her lab in 2016, focused on the role of the intestinal bacteriome and virome in regulating enteric viral infections as well as innate and adaptive immune responses. She has been the recipient of numerous awards including the Kenneth Rainin Foundation Innovator Award, the Pew Biomedical Scholar Award, and as a Burroughs Wellcome Fund Investigator in the Pathogenesis of Infectious Disease.
