Cell Symposia: Chemical solutions for a sustainable plastics future Meet the Speakers dinner will be held on Tuesday, October 14, 2025 at the unique culinary museum, Restaurant D’Vijff Vlieghen (Fives Flies Restaurant).

Dining in a unique entourage from the Dutch Golden Age, walls are covered with 17th and 19th century gold plattered leather, antique maps of Amsterdam can be admired, as well as other beautiful antique objects from the 17th, 18th and 19th century.

In five 17th century canal houses still the most delicious Dutch dishes are served. Enjoy a welcome drink and 3-course meal with wine and coffee in a unique setting for which the restaurant is famous for!

Our Meet the Speaker dinner has fast become a favourite at Cell Symposia, largely because it offers such a great opportunity for one-to-one interaction with the conference speakers, Cell Press editors, and colleagues, all while enjoying dinner and wine!
