Sai Li, School of Life Sciences, Tsinghua University, China
Sai Li is an Associate Professor at Tsinghua University in Beijing. He earned his B.Sc. degree in applied physics from Wuhan University in 2006 and Ph.D. in biophysics from the University of Goettingen in 2012. He worked as a postdoctoral and senior research scientist at the University of Oxford until 2018. Over the past decade, Sai Li has primarily used cryo-electron tomography to study the in situ assembly and mechanisms of infection and neutralization of emerging pathogenic enveloped viruses.
