Sarah Geisler trained as a molecular biologist at Case Western Reserve University and the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, Zurich. Sarah joined the Cell team in 2017. While she handles papers across Cell's broad scope, she has a special interest in Stem Cell and Developmental Biology. In addition to handling manuscripts Sarah also contributes to developing journal strategy and in 2019 she became the strategy lead for Cell's Stem Cell and Developmental Biology content. Sarah also has a strong interest in advocating for inclusivity in science.
