- Laurent Debarbieux, Institut Pasteur, France

Trained as molecular biologist at University of Lille (France) where I got a PhD, I then moved to Boston (USA) during four years for a post-doctoral position at Harvard Medcal School in the lab of J. Beckwith. Back in France, I joined Institut Pasteur working in the lab of C. Wandersman and P. Forterre. Currently, I am running a lab studying tripartite interactions between bacteriophages, bacteria and host. I have co-funded the non for profit P.H.A.G.E. association, the International Society for Viruses of Microbes and the French network on bacteriophages.
