In 2002, prof. Piao obtained her PhD degree from the Tianjin University. From 2002 to 2005, she worked as a postdoctoral fellow at the Peking University and University Pierre and Marie Curie (Université Paris VI). Currently, she is a Full Professor at the National Center for Nanoscience and technology (NCNST). Prof. Piao has published more than 70 papers in Joule, Angew Chem. Int. Ed. and other internationally renowned journals. She has been granted Chinese patents are overall 30. As the person in charge, she completed and implemented 8 Chinese National Standards and 19 Chinese Certified Reference Materials.
