Guodong Li, National Center for Nanoscience and Technology, China
Professor Guodong Li, received his PhD degree from Beijing University of Chemical Technology in 2011. Then, he joined National Center for Nanoscience and Technology as an assistant professor, and was promoted to a professor in 2017. He was a visiting scholar in Stanford University from 2016 to 2017. He was selected as a member of the Youth Promotion Association of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2016, and Emerging Investigator of Journal of Materials Chemistry A in 2019. He was awarded the National Science Funding for Excellent Young Scholar of China. His research interests are focused on design and fabrication of novel porous nanomaterials and their composites with well-defined structures as well as their application in catalysis and energy. The relationships among particle size, composition, structure and their performances were explored. Meanwhile, the catalytic principle was revealed by combining with advanced characterization techniques and theoretical calculation. To date, he has published several papers as first author or corresponding author in some prestigious journals, including Nature, Nature Energy, Science Advances, Journal of the American Chemical Society, Angewandate Chemie, Advanced Materials, Advanced Energy Materials, Nano Today, etc.
