Haohong Duan, Tsinghua University, China
Dr. Haohong Duan is an Associate Professor at Department of Chemistry, Tsinghua University. He received his BS degree from Peking University in 2009 under the supervision of Prof. Chunhua Yan, and his Ph.D degree from Tsinghua University in 2015 under the supervision of Prof. Yadong Li. From 2015 to 2018, he worked at a postdoctoral associate at University of Oxford with Profs. Dermot O’Hare and Edman Tsang. In 2019, he joined the Department of Chemistry, Tsinghua University and initiated his independent research career. He is currently focusing on developing novel nanomaterials and technologies for biomass valorization and energy conversion.
